LOVE YOURSELF
The "Love Yourself" program is a 2-month transformative journey and the second stage of a three-part "Millionaire Mindset" curriculum (Heal Yourself, Love Yourself, Be the Hero). While the previous stage focused on digging out darkness and pain ("Heal Yourself"), this phase is dedicated to filling that empty space with light, positivity, and love. It is described specifically as a "Work Book" journey, meaning it is an active process of writing and doing, rather than just listening or learning theory. The course views life as a "treasure hunt" where participants examine old patterns to find the "gold" or value hidden within them.

Core Intention of the Program
• Inner Enlightenment: To achieve a state of inner light so that the external world—relationships, money, and health automatically reflects that brightness.
• From Darkness to Light: To transition from releasing negative energy (healing) to filling oneself with "good feelings," optimism, and abundance.
• Creating Reality: To teach participants that they are the creators of their own future through their thoughts and words, and to help them consciously create a life they want rather than one they fear
• Heroship: To prepare individuals to become the "hero" or "shining star" of their own lives, moving beyond a mediocre existence to one of "stardom" and legacy.
Techniques Used in the Program
• Workbook & Writing: A heavy emphasis is placed on written assignments. Participants act as students preparing for "board exams," requiring rigorous documentation of their feelings and desired reality.
• Throat Affirmations: A specific technique involving placing a hand on the throat (the center of creation) while speaking affirmations like "I am willing to change" to feel the vibration and signal the universe.
• Mirror Work: Looking into one's own eyes in a mirror to practice self-acceptance and affirmations.
• Peak State Practice: Physical exercises (running in place, clapping) to raise energy levels before starting the mental work.
• Pattern Recognition: Identifying specific physical symptoms (e.g., back pain, root canals) and tracing them back to mental root causes (e.g., lack of support, indecisiveness) to release them.
• Visualization/Design: Participants are assigned to create a detailed picture or list of how they want to be remembered and exactly what they expect from every relationship and area of their life.
Duration
• 2 Months: The specific "Love Yourself" module runs for two months.
• Daily Commitment: It requires approximately 4 hours per day, split between a morning theory session (1.5 hours, approx. 6:00–7:30 AM) and an afternoon practical session (2 hours, 12:00–2:00 PM), plus buddy group work

• Newcomers & Veterans: It is open to both those who completed the previous "Heal Yourself" journey and new participants willing to jump in.
• Seekers of Abundance: Individuals who want to fix "breakdowns" in their physical health, financial life, or relationships by addressing the internal root causes.
