Soulmate Session Workshop

The MP Soulmate Session is a workshop designed specifically for married couples to transform their relationship from a routine existence into a divine, "soulful" union. Drawing from the sources, the session focuses on moving beyond the "friction" of daily life toward a state of harmony based on ancient spiritual principles and practical exercises.

The Core Philosophy: Shiva and Shakti

The session is rooted in the science of Shiva and Shakti, which originated in India. This concept views the relationship as an Ardhnareshwar—the union of masculine and feminine energies that exist within every individual and are mirrored in the couple.

  • A Committed Relationship: Unlike blood relationships (parent-child), marriage is a committed relationship based purely on a person's word and bond.

  • The Mirror Principle: The session applies the riddle "As Above, So Below; As Within, So Without" to marriage. It teaches that the way a couple interacts during their most intimate union (the "origin") often reflects how they interact in all other areas of life, such as career or household cooperation.

  Key Learning Concepts

  • Crown Chakra Alignment: Partners touch their foreheads (the "talpatra" or soft spot) together while bowing to the Earth. This is intended to align thoughts and ego, helping the couple reach consensus on ideas and visions.
  • Heart Chakra Alignment: Partners place one hand on each other’s hearts and the other on their knees, creating a circle of energy. This fosters emotional connection and often leads to an "emotional outburst" of relief and love.
  • Third Eye Alignment: In a specific "Shiva-Shakti" sitting pose, partners look deeply into each other's eyes for several minutes to merge their future visions and perspectives.
  • Divine Caressing (Spandan): A very soft, respectful touch (using only fingertips) intended as a service to the divine within the partner rather than a mere massage.
